While there are multiple mentions of MultiSigs in the protocol's roadmap, and even a proposal in their DAO, no official addresses and smart contracts have been made public. There is no pause control or emergency pause documented in SpiritSwap's documentation or GitHub repo. There is no timelock detailed in SpiritSwap's documentation."
