How it works

  • Has "Liveness/Safety Separation", transactions are processed by parallelized nodes (23-10-2023). "INTMAX's stateless architecture means that validators do not need to maintain databases or history data. Instead, client-side logic validates each transaction using an "infinite recursive zk-proof.""

Interoperability

"INTMAX allows for true interoperability, enabling users to transfer tokens from other Layer 2 solutions such as Scroll or zkSync, through the novel INTMAX payment channel. A proof of payment is used for a Hash Time-Locked Contract (HTLC) condition in the payment channel scheme. As long as the proof of payment is verifiable, any Layer 2 solution can create this payment channel. This allows users to send tokens directly from other Layer 2 solutions to another account on INTMAX."

Privacy

"INTMAX leverages the power of Zero-Knowledge Proofs to prove the legitimacy of personal or commercial information while keeping the information private from the blockchain, which is by nature public and transparent. Our novel algorithm shifts communication and L1 data storage to the user side - with no data on L1. This means that unlike ordinary zkRollups, we can offer true, customizable privacy."
