He is also an angel investor in several financial and e-commerce startups. Marat has a master's degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in law.
He is a mutual friend of the Ceo of Bitfury, Valery Vavilov and George Kikvadze, executive vice chairman of Bitfury. He kept talking to George about bitcoin as early "as price was 10-20 dollars" in early 2012, 2013.
