Ran blockchain startup Chain before it merged with Lightyear.io to form Interstellar, will now (9-2019) lead Pogo, an “app-focused company targeting interoperability between mobile wallets,” according to a press release. Pogo would be its own legal entity, structured as a subsidiary to Interstellar.
