Basics

• Swarm is the "decentralized storage" of Ethereum. A distributed storage layer that lets you pay for reliable storage with ether. Among other things you'll be able to store the GUI of a dapp on Swarm and Mist will be able to access it.
• will be a feature on top of the ethereum blockchain which will provide decentralise storage and content addressed capability
