- IBM and Walmart’s Food Trust is a consortium of companies aiming to track food along the entire supply chain.
- Some of the known participants is Golden State Foods and Nestle (where it is using blockchain to track the provenance of food ingredients in a handful of products, including Gerber baby food. That service is expected to be available in Europe later in 2019.)
