* Slang term for 'Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt'. Used to describe the sometimes wildly inaccurate press about crypto. Sometimes also used by [[shills]] to counter true criticisms. 
* A catchall phrase for any kind of negativity, criticism, or bad news about a crypto-currency (even if it happens to be true). When powerful enough, FUD can cause panic sales of [[tokens]]: “[[Jamie Dimon]] is calling [[Bitcoin (BTC)|bitcoin]] a bubble that’s about to pop — he’s spreading FUD again.”
